The items in our catalog are available in our warehouses at the time of your purchase.

However, it is possible a temporary unavailability of some product, or a longer  delivery.

We will give you news and inform  about the delivery date.



PAYMENT

Available methods of paymet are descibed in dedicated page of site cappellinistore.com.

SHIPPING AND BILLING

Shipments will be made in accordance with modes and costs described in the relevant page of the site.

Any invoice must be explicitly requested at time of order, indicating the number of VAT and the full legal name.

TAXES, DUTIES, VAT

Customs duties and taxes (destinations outside the EU)

Duties, fees may be imposed by the local government on shipments from foreign countries. These fees are separate from the cost of  Cappellinistore.com and on them we have no control. These costs (if any) are in favor of the local government.

The customer is responsible for paying all taxes, duties and / or customs charges imposed by local government.

Customs documents

Provisions of the law  impose Cappellinistore.com to declare a precise monetary value on all shipments outside  Italy. Cappellinistore.com is not able to fulfill any requests to reduce  the order value declared on the customs documents.

VAT

All shipments of our products in Italy are subject to VAT (21%).

WARRANTY

Cappellinistore.com guarantees all its products.

If your purchase does not entirely satisfy, simply return it within 10 days of receipt requesting a refund. A refund or replacement of the product may be done only  when the defect or failure of the item is not due to actual fault or negligence of the buyer.

Before proceeding with the shipment of the goods, please contact us by e-mail (ordini@cappellinistore.com) explaining the reason why the sales returns so that we can give you all necessary instructions and schedule replacement or refund.

Returned goods will only be accepted if sent by pre-paid package.

The replacement merchandise will be sent without charge to the owner.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Legislative Decree. No. 206 of 06/09/2005, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, or return the goods and be refunded the amount paid, by posting, within 10 days of receipt of goods, a registered letter with return receipt to: Start Evolution Srl - Via dei Tre Pastorelli, 9 - 86170 ISERNIA (IS) - ITALY.
